| Heavenly Father, we come before you in prayer and thanksgiving, asking for your guidance in all we do. Unite us as one body. Help us put aside our prejudices and opinions that do not reflect your light. Open our eyes, ears and hearts. Give us inspiration, wisdom, patience and clarity of thought as we use the talents you have given us to meet the needs of our parish. Inspire our Rector to help us grow in faith and numbers, enabling us to be a mission-minded church. As we strive to do our best, keep us ever mindful that "Thy will be done." Amen. |
